Were you a victim or a bystander: (e.g. What's that again?)
What do you think the punishment should be: (e.g. DEATH!)
Any other victims/bystanders that can back you up: (e.g. Like i said, I forgot what that was)
Any pictures or videos of the staff member: (e.g. Wait what?)
I set this up so anyone could complain about an abusing or mean staff that is just being a pain in the tookus, be it spawning in stuff to kicking/banning for no apparent reason. HAVE FUN!

Alright I've thought about reporting this trial moderator for a bit and I would like to just have a normal conversation but I believe he would just be ignorant, so I made this on my own thread, how lovely! (Not personal whatsoever, just business mate.)
Name of staff that is abusing: Yo Boy Darryl (haydn)
How the staff member abused: He was kicking people for no reason, muted and gagged me just because I was speaking the truth which is apparently too much for him.
Were you a victim or a bystander: Both, which makes this all the more wrong.
What do you think the punishment should be: Demotion for at least a week till he is trusted again and realises NOT to kick people cuz they are on his nerves or said something not even considered to be a hurtful comment.
Any other victims/bystanders that can back you up: Ben Smokes and Call Um (in game names) were the ones who were kicked so they were definitely victims, but I also have Kay Kamino as a fellow bystander.
Any picture or videos of the staff member: I have about five, If kiwi wants to have a look at em i'll send them to him.
Again I think this guy is alright, I respect him as a player and this could happen to anyone but I don't believe he should be in this kind of a position yet, if he can't just deal with people other than trying to negotiate a peaceful end to things then why bother?
(Update) Since he is full mod now I think he should still be trial mod although he has improved slightly, maybe if he keeps the "good" work up I may reconsider this report...

I also agree haydn is quite abusive he is !goto as a tool to go to his friends , not to go to people who need help.
He kicks people when he dies.
He is a sore loser.

How the staff member abused: Well, first up he's a Superadmin. I have a bind set to, "Want me to uhhh, take someone on a vacation?" and I accidentally bumped it twice so he used crash kick on me. I didn't care but I rejoined and he was throwing Alex Mercers tractor around till it exploded and I was on it cause we were going to base. My friend told him to stop and he made a scene so I kept saying, "What's wrong darling?" and he said to me, "I don't like faggots" (referring to me) and I said, "Gay marriage will be legal soon" etc. He continued being a dick to me and he threatened me saying he would ban me and all of a sudden I got crash banned.

What do you think the punishment should be: Demotion, easily. I heard a lot of people saying he admin abuses and so forth.
Any other victims/bystanders that can back you up: Alex Mercer.
Any pictures or videos of the staff member: Nope.
